Mandy (Wilding) Gorelick returns as our head coach. Mandy was an accomplished swimmer a “few” years ago with the Frogs and eventually went on to swim for the University of Tennessee. She has held several coaching positions since, most recently as the assistant coach for Bruton High School. We are lucky to have her and look forward to a successful year for the Frogs
Swim team is a great way to get some exercise and connect with other kids and families in the neighborhood. Or become part of the WF neighborhood family, if you live elsewhere and want to join! There are special fun activities throughout the summer for swim team members.
The Windsor Forest Swim Team is open to resident and non-resident children aged 4 through 18. Families must have full family pool memberships to be eligible. The goal of our team is to develop proficient swimmers and an appreciation of the sport in a safe and encouraging setting. Our coaching staff is one of the strongest in the area.
The Windsor Forest Frogs family of coaches, swimmers, and parents is committed to helping all of our swimmers achieve fitness, sound swimming skills, and the confidence that comes with them in a fun, enthusiastic, and nurturing environment which fosters a life-long love of swimming.
Team membership is open to WF pool members ages 4 – 18, with Tadpoles comprising the lower age bracket from ages 4-5. Within each level, instruction/training is provided for a range of abilities, from beginners to year-round and championship level swimmers. We value every member of our team, regardless of age or ability level, and strive to support the greatest level of success for each and every one.
Not only do we practice and compete together, the Frogs also host a full slate of activities during the summer swim season. Don’t miss out on the fun!

Swim Coach letter- A message from Coach Mandy Gorelick
Hello mighty Frogs and tadpoles, this is your captain speaking. I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself
to those of you who don’t know me!
My name is Amanda Gorelick and I have lived in this neighborhood off and on for 43 years! At one time I was
lucky enough to have four generations of our family within this community!
My love of swimming and what became a career of sorts started here in this very pool at the age of four.
As a child, most of my memories are centered around exciting Monday night swim meets and playing sharks and minnows as well as cops and robbers here at the pool with my teammates. I made my first
friends at this pool and learned to be super competitive at this pool. All of which allowed me to experience great things throughout my swimming career. I’m excited about the opportunity to express my love and passion for swimming to your children!
