Hi everyone!
Just a reminder that our opening meeting is this Sunday, April 13th at 7 pm at the clubhouse! Please bring your calendars and be prepared to sign up for a job at each meet.
Please remember to bring:
* Your planner – so you’ll be able to sign up for your preferred volunteer positions and note important swim team dates.
* Your swimmer – so you can ensure you order the correct size suit. While we aren’t getting new suits this year, if you need a larger size or have a new swimmer Harold will be there to take orders. His prices are at a greater discount than what you will find elsewhere. We will also have a sign up to order our new shirts this year (thanks Marc Stedman!).
* Your checkbook – so you can pay. Remember, in order to join the team, Windsor Forest residents must also join the Windsor Forest Homeowners Association and the Windsor Forest Pool. In order for non-Windsor Forest residents to join the swim team, they must also join the pool. Payment for all three (HOA, Pool, Swim Team) may be made by check at the meeting.*

You will need the Homeowner Account Number assigned to you, as noted on the form you received by mail at the beginning of the year. However, Swim Team payment must be made by check.
