2011 Swim Team dues for the first three swimmers per family are $66.00 per Frog swimmer registered at the April 17th team meeting, or $71.00 per swimmer registered April 18th & after. There is a $10 reduction for additional swimmers from the same family. Tadpoles are $51 per swimmer.  Checks should be made payable to WF Swim Team.  We do not yet have the fees for suits, but will send that as soon as we do.

Meet dates are below.  Please come prepared to sign up for a volunteer job for every meet your family will have a swimmer, PLUS either one Set Up or Clean Up, or they will be assigned to you.  Those that register after April 17th will be notified of the volunteer positions they have been assigned.

FROG NEWS

-We are thrilled to announce the Frogs will compete in Division 2 this year!  We have seen the standings from these teams last summer, and

It is going to be a GREAT summer for the Frogs. 

Head Coach will be our own Michele Schisa, and returning as Our spirited Assistant coach,  will be Paul Schisa.  …It’s going to be a great summer:)

**At present there is no-one planning the Opening of WF pool.

pool_closed We are excited for a great season, but we can’t have a team without a POOL.    PLEASE consider the Pool Director position, or volunteer for a Pool Committee Position.  You can Contact  John Womeldorf for details on what the Directors’ job entails by phone (757)-254-8136 or email John@MrWilliamsburg.com Michele Schisa has been hired as out Pool Manager for the day to day.

Basic Job Description for Pool Director/ or Committee

Organize the Opening and Closing of Pool

Oversee Managing of Lifeguards (Hiring mostly done already)

Oversee pool maintenance

Oversee ordering of supplies

Grow Membership in and outside of neighborhood. ( Frogs have always assisted with this)

There will be a mandatory meeting for the 2009 season on April 23rd at 7:00 pm at the Windsor Forest Clubhouse
Come register for the team, meet the coaches, order new swim suits and see what else is new for the 2009 Frogs Swim season

Frogs Practice Schedule for Monday, May 19th thru Friday, June 13th :

            3:15 P.M. – 4:30 P.M.    High School & Middle School

            4:30 P.M. – 5:30 P.M.    Elementary Grades 3-5

            5:30 P.M. – 6:15 P.M.    Elementary Grade 2 and under  

 

Practice Schedule beginning Monday, June 16th:

               7:30 A.M. –   8:30 A.M.           Ages 9, 10, and 11

               8:30 A.M. –  10:00 A.M.          Ages 12 and over

             10:00 A.M. – 10:45 A.M                        Ages 8 and younger*

 

*Tadpoles start practice Monday, June 16th.

            May 3 and 10 – Pool, Clubhouse and Grounds Clean-up (5 PM)

            May 18 – Family Picnic (12:00-3:00)
