You can pay your pool fees in four equal payments via PayPal here
New Homeowners must pay one time:
Association capital fee $100.00
Pool capital fee $400.00
Non-resident and Windsor Forest renters:
Family $405.00
Single $230.00

During Pool Season they can be left with Pool Mgr or Head Lifeguard
