This notice is to inform the neighborhood of Windsor Forest that the James City Service Authority (JCSA) will be conducting a project in your neighborhood consisting of upgrading meter boxes and making repairs to valve boxes. The goal of the project is to resolve safety issues with meter and valve boxes via replacement.
Staff will be contacting Miss Utility by week’s end in order to begin.
Field staff will make every effort to notify affected homeowners via door tags and/or direct notification. The project will begin in the Devon Road and Waterford Court area of Windsor Forest and we will update you via e-mail periodically as the project progresses. The Project Manager on behalf of the JCSA for this project is Joey McKeoun at (757) 229-7421.
