The Windsor Forest swim team is open to resident and non-resident children aged 5 through 18. Families must have Full Family Memberships to be eligible. The goal of our team is to develop good swimmers and an enjoyment of the sport in a safe and encouraging setting. Our coaching staff is one of the strongest in the area. The Frogs compete in Division I of the VPSU league.Â
